There is no template for submission of your volunteerism service. All student applicants must provide official documentation verifying their total number of volunteer hours served. Acceptable forms of verification include:

Official logs or records from the organization, including the total number of hours worked, date and description of the tasks performed.
Applicants must uphold ethical standards in all volunteer activities. This includes honesty in reporting hours, respectful engagement with those served, and adherence to the values of the organizations they support. Any falsification of records or unethical behavior will result in a review of your continued eligibility for a Brighter Prospects award and potential disqualification from the scholarship program.
All required documents, including verification forms must be submitted by the application deadline date (15th August each year). Late or incomplete documents will not be considered. Students are encouraged to submit their documents at least one week before the deadline to avoid any issues with late submissions.
